“The whole of science is nothing more than a refinement of everyday thinking.” Albert Einstein
Living our lives is both an art and a science: to live it adequately and effectively it is essential to have been born with a clear propensity for it, to have ART that is born, congenital, that is not given by any school … But you must also constantly learn, reflect, draw own conclusions about the SCIENCE and ART of living our lives deliberately, with joy, happiness, purpose and meaning.
The higher the level of aspiration in our life, the greater the obligation to study it as a science, in order to better exercise it as an art. The history of both, the great artists, ancient and modern, as well as the great scientists, show us as singular “born” creators, but all – without exception – made the constant effort to practice, deepen and think about the technique of each discipline; plastic, architectural, etc. that they embraced and especially in their approach or perspective towards life itself.
Behind a great figure there is always a hard worker, a scholar, a person who THINKING and WORKING CONSTANTLY learned to forge and develop his own system of thought, his particular style, as well as his own program, research and training methods, based on both, study and talent, leaving a wide path for others less gifted and, above all, less forced. I invite you to discover, know in depth and forge your own “way of life”.
Forging and living your own “way of life” is a wonderful and lifelong process. It´s never to late to start with. On many occasions we tend to life someone else’s life due to lack of awareness, attention, training, evaluation and adequate communication, with ourselves and with others. All being factors within our own responsibility and field of action.
Your results are a direct consequence of your actions and these, in turn, have their origin in your decisions, which are not only conditioned, but also determined by your perspective, which is nothing more than a reflection of what you are aware of.
If you want to delve into this topic and learn how to ” forge your own “way of life”, I invite you to get straight to the point.
